Oumar Diallo was born on August 15, 1975 in Medina Gounass. Son of a sailor, he developed a passion for the maritime industry from a very young age.

He began his career at MAGIC TOUCH, an American-Spanish charter company in Gambia, as a sailor, then as a worker repairing motor boats, speedboats and sailboats. He worked there for about ten years before becoming a skipper. He then obtained a position as a sales representative at BACO SARL, a company specializing in industrial fishing and packaging. Due to his technical expertise and ability to lead an effective team, he became sales director in no time. Under his leadership, the company experienced significant growth and gained a loyal customer base.

With a long career in the maritime industry behind him, Oumar Diallo decided to make his mark in the sector. He therefore pursued several professional training programs over seven years, between Senegal and France, in order to improve himself, add new skills to his repertoire, discover new practices and become more versatile.

What makes this man's story truly remarkable is that for several years he climbed the ranks steadfastly with great tenacity and immeasurable determination.

Drawing on his experience and expertise, the formidable businessman completed the purchase of a company called ACCASTILLAGE PECHE CENTER, which he renamed SEN AVENIR PÊCHE ET EQUIPEMENT INDUSTRIEL, based in Saly-Ngaparou. The company's purpose, both in Senegal and abroad, was the sale, purchase and marketing of all products and equipment related to fishing and nautical activities in general.
